Notes for Using Telemedicine Service

Service Targets

1. Telemedicine Service (“The Service”) is available for previously registered patients & follow-up consultation of medical checkup package.
2. The Service covers Family Medicine & General Physician Consultation.
3. The Service is available to patients aged over 12 years old. Children aged 9-11 years old should be accompanied by an adult during consultation.

The Service

1. Consultation Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 12:00-13:00 ; 16:00-17:00
2. The Service is provided via the video calling function in WhatsApp Messenger Mobile Application Software (“WhatsApp”). (No alternative video calls/meetings software offered at this stage.)
